Here at the Half Street we have a strict no-clothes-on-the-dog policy. But policy's have exceptions, and Halloween is the exception here. Ok, really L has a policy about putting clothes on the dog. He even takes off his little bandanna from the groomer as soon as he gets in the car. And I go along because deep down I know he's right...it's ridiculous. But on a more shallow Paris Hilton level, I sometimes get tricked into thinking its really cute. Damn you US magazine and your celebrity culture! I only let this urge get the best of me on Halloween. I promise. Ripken really wanted to be Underdog for Halloween, but I'm a bad dog mom and didn't get my act together soon enough. So this is what we found in a pinch. What do you guys think? I think Rip is ready to go hunting! "Take me to the Ranch, Dad!"

I feel your pain L
Oh Poor Ripkin, he looks really humiliated! Oh well, Halloween is only once a year; thank goodness!
Lookin' good, Rip. Sam doesn't have a costume... but I guess if she feels the need its convenient enough that we were the same size.
I'm with L.
When Rip gets older, he will hound you for this.
I kill myself.
See...this is where the cats have it good on Halloween. They get to be themselves...
Happy Halloween!
Lisa
It is camoflauge and not black:) I think it will work for the ranch. Otherwise, snip-snip! Seriously, Ripken is a pretty cute beagle. I haven't checked out the side of the house for holes, but for now he is my 2nd favorite beagle!
